A Bit About Me

I’m an architectural designer with a deep passion for crafting thoughtful, well-executed spaces that blend creativity with technical precision. My approach is rooted in curiosity, I’m always exploring new ways to challenge conventional design processes, whether through advanced digital tools, fabrication techniques, or hands-on construction.

With academic training from the University of Pennsylvania and a wide range of experience across design, detailing, and project coordination, I thrive in dynamic environments where ideas evolve into impactful, real-world solutions. I enjoy working across scales, from intricate components to larger architectural systems, and take pride in producing work that is both conceptually strong and technically sound.

I’m always eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to teams that value design integrity, innovation, and making things better, and buildable.

Experience

Master of Science in Design, Advanced Architectural Design | University of Pennsylvania

Sep 2025 - Present

Junior Architectural Designer | Converse Winkler Architecture, Bala Cynwyd, PA

Contributing to the design and BIM documentation of residential and senior living projects. Develop detailed Revit models based on on-site surveys and convert CAD or PDF markups into finalized construction details within Revit. Support remodeling and layout adjustments of small senior living units in response to client needs. Work closely with the design team to enhance the firm’s BIM workflows and ensure accuracy, coordination, and efficiency across project phases.

May 2024 - Present

Research Assistant – Biomaterials & Material Innovation | DumoLab, Philadelphia, PA

Led research on sustainable biomaterials focused on developing eco-friendly alternatives to traditional clay. Designed construction components such as blocks, bricks, shingles, and modular units, primarily fabricated via additive manufacturing with robotic arms. Conducted comprehensive ASTM testing to evaluate and optimize mechanical performance and sustainability, advancing practical applications for environmentally conscious architectural design.

Sep 2024 - May 2025

Architect – Freelance Residential Design | Bethesda, MD

Led the design and construction of a 45,000 sq ft, three-story luxury residence in Bethesda. Developed Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) sets using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinated MEP and structural layouts with engineering consultants and produced Enscape renderings for client presentations. Collaborated closely with the builder and on-site team to resolve design and construction issues, ensuring alignment with aesthetic intent, constructability, and code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Sep 2021 - May 2021

Architectural Designer – Luxury Hospitality Project (Raffles Hotel, Doha) | Doha, Qatar

Designed intricate arabesque-inspired luxury panels and custom -10meter doors for a five-star hotel. Supported mold-making and material finishing processes, ensuring high-quality fabrication and adherence to luxury standards through close collaboration with material engineers.

June 2019 - Apr 2021

Architectural Designer – Medical Facility Project | Tabriz

Produced Design Development (DD) documents and detailed MEP drawings for a -12story medical facility, emphasizing unit-specific mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements. Created models and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape. Led coordination efforts with the builder/designer and construction team, conducting site visits to communicate design intent and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring fidelity to design throughout construction.

June 2019 - Sep 2019

Computational Designer & Fabrication Specialist | Tehran
